Passionate about providing relevant and commercially focused HR advice and solutions.

As a fully trained ACAS accredited Mediator, quick, effective conflict and grievance resolution which is key to letting you and your workforce get on with the day job.

  1. Be your HR helpline, complement your existing HR resource and signpost you to other free HR resources
  2. Produce, review or develop your employment documentation or policies (e.g. employee handbook, contracts of employment)
  3. Sort staffing issues quickly; includes setting up contracts of employment, getting absent staff back to work, safely and quickly exiting the wrong staff out of your business, undertaking disciplinary investigations and processes
  4. Reduce or remove workplace conflict and grievances quickly and at low cost by effective case management and undertaking workplace mediations
  5. Support or manage your negotiations including those with trade unions, training providers, recruitment agencies
  6. Cut through the jargon in analysing and identifying any recruitment, training and development needs (e.g. simplifying your online HR packages; bridging negotiations around costs with providers)
