Hamilton's HR is busy working alongside Building companies to introduce, or tidy up their existing, contracts of employment which align to their Apprenticeship schemes.

It is not common knowledge that employers must offer apprentices the same terms and conditions as other employees working at similar grades or in similar roles. This includes paid holidays, sick pay, benefits, training etc. Hamilton's has been helping SME's get this bit right which is not only legally compliant, it makes business sense.
